Semi-finalists have emerged in the women’s President Federation Cup, DAILY POST reports.

Rivers United confirmed their place in the last four following a 5-0 thumping of Osun Babes at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, Enugu, on Wednesday.

Abuja-based Naija Ratels defeated hard-fighting FC Robo Queens 5-4 on penalties at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba.

The keenly contested game ended 1-1 in regulation time.

Delta Queens cut Sunshine Queens from Akure to size with a 2-0 defeat at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City.

Also in Benin City, Remo Stars defeated experienced campaigners, Nasarawa Amazons, 3-2 on penalties after the game ended in a 1-1 draw in regulation time.
