Transfer: Vincent Kompany’s first signing for Bayern Munich revealed

Bayern Munich Manager, Vincent Kompany’s first signing for the club has been revealed.

According to football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, Japanese defender Hiroki Ito officially joined Bayern Munich as Kompany’s first addition this summer transfer window.

Romano disclosed this in a post via his X account on Thursday evening.

“Official: Bayern have completed a deal to sign Hiroki Itō as a new defender for €30m release clause.

Contract signed for Japanese CB, first addition for Vincent Kompany,” Romano tweeted.

Recall that Kompany recently joined Bayern Munich after Burnley relegated from the Premier League.
