Enyimba head coach, Olanrewaju Yemi believed that his players are yet to recover mentally from the outcome of their Oriental derby clash against Rangers.
The encounter was disrupted by Enyimba fans after the hosts were awarded penalty late in the game.
The Nigeria Premier Football League later awarded the match to Rangers.
Enyimba have recorded one draw and one defeat in their last two games since the clash with Rangers.
The results saw the People’s Elephant lose out of the title race.
“The past two games have been something else which I can’t say,” he told the club’s media.
“The breakdown we had after Rangers game, its disappointing we couldn’t recover mentally.
“We are struggling honestly which am not really happy about.
“The game against Sporting Lagos was a poor one from the players and we didn’t deserve to win at all.”
