Give priority to security, human capital development – Kwankwaso to Kano Gov, Yusuf

The Presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP, in the 2023 elections, Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, has urged Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf to give more attention to the issues of security and human development in the state.

Kwankwaso, during a Sallah homage by the Governor, on Monday, commended his dedication to advancing education and women empowerment initiatives aimed at enhancing the lives of Kano residents, saying it aligns with the values of the Kwankwasiyya philosophy.

Drawing from his experience as a former governor, Kwankwaso emphasized the importance of effective monitoring to ensure the equitable distribution of empowerment grants.

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, in response, thanked Senator Kwankwaso for his mentorship and reiterated his administration’s dedication to upholding the principles of the Kwankwasiyya movement for continued progress and development in Kano State.
