Niger Tornadoes head coach Majin Mohammed says his side can’t afford to drop points in their matchday 36 fixture against Lobi Stars.
The Ikon Allah boys will be in action against Lobi Stars at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium on Wednesday.
Niger Tornadoes are without a win in their last three league games.
Mohammed stated that a victory against Lobi Stars would boost their chances of escaping relegation.
“It is a must win game for us against Lobi Stars today,” Mohammed stated in a pre-match interview.
“Every team is fighting to secure their NPFL safety and we can’t afford not to beat Lobi today.
“I told my boys to be 101 per cent ready because Lobi Stars are a very compact team judging by their performances this season. We won’t allow this game slip out of our hands.”
Niger Tornadoes occupy 12th position in the table with 45 points.
