French D1 Arkema side, Saint Etienne, has released three Nigerian players, Yewande Balogun, Reginal Otu and Amanda Mbadi, DAILY POST reports.
The trio were among 14 players who are departing the club.
Balogun, 35, spent two years at the club, making just five appearances.
Otu played a key role in Saint Etienne’s promotion to the top-flight last season.
The midfielder made 20 appearances for the club this season.
Mbadi, who arrived from Thonon Evian last summer, played 14 matches this season.
